Website privacy

This notice covers the website enfinitive.se. The Offhours app has its own privacy policy.

Who is responsible

Enfinitive AB (org. no. 559601-4109), C/o Enfinitive AB, Klockaregatan 5b, 711 31 Lindesberg, Sweden, is the controller of personal data processed through this website. Email: contact@enfinitive.se.

In short

  • The website sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser.
  • It has no analytics, ads, tracking pixels or social media embeds.
  • It has no forms. Fonts, images and the Earth maps are served from this website.
  • The hosting provider processes technical data to deliver the site and keep it secure.
  • If you email us, we use your message to reply.

Visiting the website

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit, your browser sends the technical information any website receives: your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, your browser and operating system, and the page you came from. Cloudflare processes this on our behalf to deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse. It may also ask your browser to report network errors to it, such as a page that failed to load, so it can keep the site reachable.

Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie if its protection has to check whether traffic comes from a person or an automated program. We don’t use that information for anything else.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a website that works and is secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The moving pictures

Saturn, the Earth, the clock and the titles drawn in dust are made entirely in your browser. They read your device’s clock to show the time in Lindesberg and to change colour, and follow your pointer while it is over them. Nothing about this is stored or sent anywhere.

When you email us

Email links on this site open your own email app; nothing is sent through the website. When you email us, we receive your address, your name if you include it, and what you write. Our email runs on Google Workspace, which processes it on our behalf.

We use your message to answer you and to handle your request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or steps you ask us to take before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b)).

We keep correspondence as long as we need it to handle your request and for our records, and delete it when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it longer, for example under accounting rules.

The copy button

The “Copy address” button puts our email address on your clipboard when you press it. It doesn’t read your clipboard or send anything.

Transfers outside the EU and EEA

Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the EU and EEA, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask for access to the personal data we hold about you and have it corrected or erased. You can also ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, and receive it in a portable format where that applies. Email contact@enfinitive.se and we will respond within the time the law requires.

If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) at imy.se.

Changes to this notice

If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
